Identity for the 70th anniversary of the composer Kaija Saariaho.

Kaija Saariaho’s roots are in Finland, but her influence extends further. The logo reflects how the environment inspires the composer and translates it into a new kind of sound reality. In the animated version, the logo lives on — the atmosphere aims for an impression of Saariaho’s music.

Musicians across the Finnish classical-music scene created an impressive range of events for 2022. One of the most important goals of the anniversary year was to raise interest in Finnish art music.
